Price Errors / Mistakes We try to keep our system in good working condtion. If there is a price erron or system problem , we reserve the right to sell. Should this happen, we will notify you, cancel the order. All sales are final unless there is product defective in the order. We carefully check order before items are shipped. One person packaging and a second will double check the contents before we put the shipping label on. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt and the items must be received within 10 dyas of receipt. All returns must notify us and get approved first. Items must be returned to us at buyer's cost. We will issue refund after we examine the condtion of the items. After we examine the item, and the item is in its original condition, you refund will be issuded in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping is not refundable. We will refund you the item cost minus shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We are not a manufacturer. We buy globally. We do our best finding the best products possible. The quality and color of ribbons may not be the same. If any item is out of stock and we haven't updated our online store, we will notify you. You may choose to cancel the sold out item and get refund for the item and associated shipping. Or simply cancel the whole order and get full refund. We do not have back orders. To speed up our delivery, we do not roll or fold ribbons. They are put in a plastic bag. We always use bubbler mailer or box to ship them so they will arrive in good condition. Dear Ribbon is a green company. We may use used box to ship. If you prefer new box, please let us know. We will be glad to do it for you. We use the most economic way to ship. Small orders are shipped by USPS. Large orders are shipped by UPS.We use flast shipping charge no mater where you are, the shipping is the same.
All international orders will be shipped by USPS Express mail. Express flat rate enveople is an ecomical way to ship fast and safe. We do our best to fit in as many items as we could. If after we pack your order and it still has room to add more items we will ask if you want to add more items to save the shipping. We charge only actual shipping. You can choose flat rate envelope or flat rate box. The envelope can fit more items than the small rate box and more economical. Hoqwever, if you do prefer a box, please let us know. Otherwise, the orders will be shipped via flat rate envelope. All international orders may receive a second bill for shipping. If you prefer your orders to be shipped in a box, we will mail them in a box and the rates stars from $26.95 for 0.5 lbs to Canada and Mexico, and $28.95 to other countries.
